How to Withdraw Money from PayPal using FNB

South African users can conveniently access the service through First National Bank (FNB.) To do this, you first need to link your PayPal account to your FNB bank account.
Simply log in to www.fnb.co.za
Click PayPal Services, then click “Link PayPal Profile.”

How to withdraw money from PayPal using FNB
- Log in to the FNB Website
- Click “PayPal Services” then click “Withdraw from PayPal”
- Enter the withdrawal
- Follow instructions to confirm the exchange rate, the Rand amount you will reserve and the terms and conditions.
You’ll be redirected to a PayPal website to review the amount you are transferring /withdrawing.
Return to the FNB site. Your money will be transferred to your FNB bank account in 3 to 6 business days.

Currently, only FNB cheque account holders may qualify for PayPal.
How to link your FNB Account with PayPal
Go to your PayPal Account and add your bank card. To add your bank card, go to PayPal and fill in the numbers on your card.
PayPal will deduct about R20 from your FNB Cheque Account in order to confirm that the bank card and bank account really are yours.
About 3 to 6 days later you will get a statement that will reflect the R20 transaction with a code. Use that code in your PayPal Account and your card will be confirmed.
