Popular Clicks Credit Card Discontinued

Clicks has been a trusted and well-loved retail and health outlet in South Africa for years. During this period it has developed a reputable connection with its clients and has become a regular feature as one of the country’s leading retail stores. Its quality products and service has endeared it to many South Africans. In aiming to get to know its client base even better as well as to offer clients unmatched services and rewards, Clicks introduced a credit card facility to its portfolio. After much deliberation and careful consideration, the credit card was discontinued by Clicks and RMB as at end of September 2014. No new applications are being accepted for the Clicks credit card any longer. Benefits included 55 days interest free allowance, no monthly service fee and the handy cash back rewards, which allowed clients to earn points every time they shopped and swiped their Clicks card. The card allowed clients to shop anywhere, pay bills or even meals. The built-in chip ensured safety and the lost card protection plan discounted clients from any responsibility for fraudulent purchases made on lost cards. Additional benefits included on the card were the Clicks online banking and Clicks SMS facilities. Clients who travel often were offered free comprehensive global travel insurance when they purchased tickets with the credit card.

Following the discontinuation, Clicks clients are now given the option of an FNB Credit Card.
